Must be present at Logan-Cache Fairgrounds to win. Must claim prize no later than 5 minutes after number is announced. Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. No refunds. Number on winning ticket and stub must match. Decisions of Cache Valley Cruising Association Are Final.
THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN RISKS INHERENT IN THE PRESENTATION OF AND ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT FOR WHICH THIS TICKET IS ISSUED AND BY ACCEPTING THIS TICKET AND ATTENDING THE EVENT RELEASES CACHE VALLEY CRUISING ASSOCIATION, INC., ENTRANTS AND THEIR AGENTS FROM, AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY AND LOSS OF PROPERTY AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS, NEGLIGENT ACTS AND OMISSIONS, CIVIL DISTURBANCE AND ACTIVITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE EVENT WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT. This Ticket is a revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission to any event refused at any time in the sole discretion of the C.V.C.A. Resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than that printed hereon, plus tax and a reasonable service charge for services actually rendered is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. The holder of this ticket is admitted on condition and by using this ticket agrees he/she will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event. This ticket may not be used in advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the C.V.C.A. Breach of any of the terms and conditions herein will automatically terminate this license. The holder grants to the C.V.C.A. and their agents permission to utilize the holderís image or likeness in any live or recorded video display or other transmission or other reproduction in whole or part of the event. Spectators engaging in disorderly or objectionable conduct in violation of C.V.C.A. policies may be ejected from the event without refund. The holder agrees to act in accordance with C.V.C.A. ticket policies and regulations as adopted from time to time. The winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. To obtain one free ticket and Official Rules, while supply lasts, send a handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked no later than June 15, 2008 to ìCache Valley Cruise in, 2008î Ticket Request, P.O. Box 4088, Logan, UT 84323. Limit one free ticket per request, per stamped envelope. Envelopes must be hand-addressed. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced ticket request will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, damaged or postage due requests. Limit one per household.
